Capturados los presuntos responsables de un violento ajuste de cuentas en Galicia

La Guardia Civil, en conjunto con la Policía Local de Arteixo, en la provincia de A Coruña (Galicia), ha llevado a cabo la detención de tres individuos y la investigación de otros dos, quienes son considerados presuntos responsables de delitos de homicidio en grado de tentativa, encubrimiento, quebrantamiento de medida cautelar y omisión del deber de socorro, tras haber intervenido, en diferentes niveles, en un supuesto ajuste de cuentas que culminó en un ataque con armas blancas.

Los acontecimientos sucedieron el pasado 21 de septiembre dentro de un establecimiento de hostelería situado en el municipio de Arteixo. La indagación se inició a raíz de la agresión a un hombre en el interior del local, la cual tuvo lugar tras una disputa relacionada con el cobro de una deuda económica pendiente.

Después de la agresión, la víctima pidió ayuda a los presentes y al encargado del establecimiento, quienes desoyeron su solicitud. El agredido tuvo que caminar por la vía pública hasta llegar a las cercanías de su hogar, donde recibió asistencia de sus familiares y fue posteriormente trasladado de urgencia a la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) del Complejo Hospitalario Universitario de A Coruña.

La Guardia Civil tomó declaración al herido directamente en el centro hospitalario, mientras que la Policía Local colaboró en la inspección administrativa del local, logrando recabar indicios fundamentales sobre los acontecimientos.

Como resultado de las acciones investigativas, el pasado miércoles 30 de septiembre, los agentes procedieron a la detención de los dos presuntos autores materiales de la agresión. En la misma operación, se arrestó a una tercera persona como supuesta autora de un delito de encubrimiento, por facilitar la fuga de los encartados en su vehículo particular y colaborar en la ocultación del arma utilizada.

Además, se constató que la mujer detenida contaba con una medida judicial vigente que le prohibía la tenencia y uso de armas, la cual fue infringida durante la comisión del delito. Posteriormente, en la tarde del 2 de octubre, se inició una investigación sobre dos personas adicionales por un presunto delito de omisión del deber de socorro, ya que no asistieron a la víctima ni alertaron a los servicios de emergencia.

Las diligencias llevadas a cabo han sido presentadas ante el Tribunal de Instancia de Guardia de A Coruña. La autoridad judicial ha decidido que los dos presuntos autores materiales de la agresión ingresen en prisión de forma comunicada y sin derecho a fianza, mientras que el investigado por encubrimiento ha sido puesto en libertad con medidas cautelares.

The Civil Guard, in conjunction with the Local Police of Arteixo, in the province of A Coruña (Galicia), has carried out the arrest of three individuals and the investigation of two others, who are considered presumed responsible for attempted homicide, concealment, violation of a precautionary measure, and omission of the duty to assist, after having intervened, at different levels, in an alleged settling of accounts that culminated in an attack with bladed weapons.

The events occurred on September 21 inside a hospitality establishment located in the municipality of Arteixo. The investigation began following the assault on a man inside the venue, which took place after a dispute related to the collection of an outstanding debt.

After the assault, the victim sought help from those present and the manager of the establishment, who ignored his request. The assaulted individual had to walk along the public road until he reached the vicinity of his home, where he received assistance from his family and was subsequently rushed to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the University Hospital Complex of A Coruña.

The Civil Guard took the injured man's statement directly at the hospital, while the Local Police assisted in the administrative inspection of the establishment, managing to gather crucial evidence about the events.

As a result of the investigative actions, on Wednesday, September 30, the agents proceeded to arrest the two presumed material authors of the assault. In the same operation, a third person was arrested as the alleged author of a concealment offense, for facilitating the escape of the accused in her private vehicle and collaborating in the concealment of the weapon used.

Additionally, it was confirmed that the detained woman had a current judicial measure prohibiting her from possessing and using weapons, which was violated during the commission of the crime. Subsequently, on the afternoon of October 2, an investigation was initiated into two additional individuals for a presumed offense of omission of the duty to assist, as they did not assist the victim nor alerted emergency services.

The proceedings carried out have been presented to the Court of First Instance of A Coruña. The judicial authority has decided that the two presumed material authors of the assault be held in custody without bail, while the individual investigated for concealment has been released under precautionary measures.
