Cocaine linked to Los Charlines appears in Pontevedra.

The accused, Félix C.R.V., will be tried again in the near future when the trial related to the scheme that allegedly connected the Clan de Los Charlines with the Cártel de Los Balcanes is organized, an operation that was presented earlier this summer by the Udyco of Pontevedra. This Thursday, he was tried for a cocaine seizure that, due to its logos, came from the same 'nursery' as that found shortly thereafter in the possession of a Serbian drug trafficker: the Superman logos. This substance is what, according to Udyco, was handled by Roi F. at the request of the famous Clan de Los Charlines. This drug was confiscated months earlier, in November 2025, by the same investigators.

The operation that was judged this Thursday was separated from the main investigation because it developed evidently when agents from the Pontevedra Police Station arrested the accused in possession of five kilos of cocaine in a suitcase. After resisting arrest, as revealed during the trial, the agents located the stash, requested a search of his home, and ended up confiscating not only cocaine but also a considerable amount of hashish, marijuana, and weapons.

This particular intervention was referred to the court in Cambados, which is competent for territorial issues, while another parallel and secret investigation continued in which the Clan de Los Charlines and nearly 100 kilos of drugs with the same logos would eventually fall.

During the oral hearing, the accused showed great reluctance before declaring that he did not recognize the facts attributed to him in the indictment, and he did so after repeatedly looking at his lawyer, who received a reprimand from the president of the court for that behavior.

Subsequently, all the police officers involved in the operation intervened, including those who carried out the arrest, the instructor of the proceedings, and those from the Scientific Police. The agents who arrested the accused explained that he resisted, causing injuries to one of the officers, and recounted that they reached the suspect after conducting surveillance as part of the investigation into the Clan de Los Charlines.

For these facts, the Anti-Drug Prosecutor, Servando Caíño, requests sentences of up to eleven years in prison, adding the three crimes attributed to him: against public health, assault on an officer, and illegal possession of weapons.

In the preliminary questions phase, Félix C.R.V.'s defense attorney spoke eloquently in requesting the nullification of the proceedings, arguing that the Udyco agents reached his client thanks to a tracking and sound recordings unrelated to the procedure, which had been agreed upon by another court, that of Vilagarcía, in the context of the main case in which he ended up arrested alongside the Clan de Los Charlines.

The Anti-Drug Prosecutor explained that this was done to ensure the successful conclusion of the Vilagarcía investigation, given that it involved secret proceedings; however, the police had to intervene due to the flagrant nature of the crime.

The accused's lawyer claimed a lack of defense due to ignorance of the Udyco's modus operandi for locating his client, whose information was not disclosed for the aforementioned reasons. He argued that all actions taken should be annulled, as the initial evidence was obtained, in his opinion, illegally, following the doctrine of the fruit of the poisonous tree.

The president of the Fourth Section indicated that she would make a decision on the preliminary questions in the ruling.
